Stuck in a bicep/arm workout. I need to set my gym up where I can easliy do other muscle groups. Stuck on chipups, pullups and curls and dips at the moment. Rear delts lagging as well as legs. Wt around 192. Cardio, what cardio? All in all, just moving along in my turtle pace.. Till next blog, Bye.

Things are moving right along. Not doing much for abs. Legs are lagging, because of mild pain in my right knee. May look into getting a knee support just for when I work out. I’ve seen quite a few on the market. Pushups and chinups are working for me really good. I’ll switch to something else once I stop making gains. Till next blog, Bye.

Progress is moving along. Did 4 sets of 10 chinups. Arms/shoulders are coming along nicely. Wt is increasing motivation is increasing, temp in garage gym is decreasing!!! Shoulder has been really solid as of late, I’m learning what not to do. Got some your looking swole comments and questions about weight lfting, which are always nice, but it still takes me by surprise. Will continue on the slowest getting jacked plan of all time. Till next blog, Bye.

Took a long break this weekend to recharge. Worked out last night chinups and straight bar curls. This week should be good, starting to get a shedule down that I can stick to. Till next blog, Bye.

I’m hurting this morning. Shoulder is not happy, actually been unhappy for about a week now. I was thinking I was doing really good and getting past this shoulder issue and maybe getting back into a proper gym. I see the same thing happening- I wouldn’t be able to use 3/4 of the machines and if I did the weights would be so lite I would be embarrassed. I’ll keep plugging along with my current setup. No worries. Till next blog, Bye.

Worked out last night with the old home gym. I need to pick up a flat bench. I am making good progress on my chinups, but need to incorporate some weights somehow. Shoulders also need some heavier weights (flys). I’m wondering how long somebody can makes gains doing pushups also. Back to taking my protein drinks in the morning and after working out. Feel like I’m toning more than gaining, but making gains because I’m able to increase my weights on everything. Continuing my slowest getting jacked program of all time. Till next blog, Bye.

Garage gym working out allright. I crank the big fan on and I’m in Heaven. Did 3 sets of 10 pullups- which by the way is a new best record. Eating more has its benefits I think. Found out I’m out gunning one of my coolest dress shirts this weekend, unless I can alter the sleeves with a slit and still make it look business. :( Till next blog, bye.

Found some good reads on the main site. The Xfactor and an article on not letting a rotator cuff injury slow you down- is just what I needed. Picked up a couple of new evil excersizes. Till next blog, Bye.

Summer is getting to me. I feel like I’m pudging out. Cardio has been nil, which probably explains my less than good-e-nuff body perception. I think I feel better at 12-15% bodyfat (more energy). Whats wrong with eating normal until I get to my ideal body measurements and then cutting? I have up until this point been on a yo yo cycle and I have made gains (injuries aside). I know I’m heading in the right direction, just not sure if I’m on the shortest path and for that matter I’m not on some kind of time table or something. I take the timetable thing back I’m not sure when I’ll kick the bucket. Just want to be jacked when I reach the pearly gates. I’ll just keep my head down- keep plugging away. Till next blog, Bye. Hey to the blog readers. Thanks for the comments.
