Nov update

Saturday, November 7th, 2009

Plugging along.  Motivation is going good.  Workouts are going good.  Got an excellent pump going tonight.  Shoulders doing good,  maybe I’ve  learned enough not to make them mad at me.  Whatever the case, haven’t had any set backs lately.  Still on the slowest getting jacked plan of all time, but feel good about it.  Till next blog,  Bye.

3rd week October

Whats going on-  humm.  I’m now a widegrip/narrow grip chinup master, added pullups also. Coasting along at probably 18% bf.  I need to start adding some form of cardio to the mix-  just haven’t figured out what  to add.  All telling mirror is ok, at best.  Wt this morning 193.  Working out almost every night, recovery doesn’t seem to be a problem. Making strength progress, and upper body is improving.  Still not pressing anything, but small weights overhead.  Till next blog, Bye.

Well, I’ve been out of town training for climbing thru the boy scouts.  I don’t mind rappelling, but I’m not a big fan of climbing.  I can see why most climbers have single digit bodyfat.  I didn’t have any problems on the climbing tower except for a cramp, but for real world I would drop some weight for sure.  No use lugging around any extra.  I’m  bummed I didn’t take any pictures.  Did bruise my palm -  somehow I must have had a death grip going.  Back to working out in my garage.  Till next blog,  bye. 

Workouts getting skimpy

Only worked out once so far this week-  Trying to get my picnic table finished-  almost done.  framed up the two benches and now all I got left is to add the tops.  May try to get everything done tonight. Yup I might just finish that rascal up.  I only started about 2 years ago.  Will be gone this weekend so - I may have the grand opening on Sunday maybe….Till next blog Bye.

Suffering thru allergies this weekend.  The only workout I’ve done is the caugh up a lung in 1 million sets of 10 or more.  I feel like I’ve been run over by a truck.   Getting better as of today.  Till next blog,  bye.

Workouts have been sketchy this past week.  Will be out of town this weekend so there goes another three days.   Have been working on finishing my picnic table- got the legs build for the benches and some of the framing.   Will have to frame up the bench tops maybe on Sunday.  Its been about 3 years now and I’m ready to get it out of my garage.  I’m not sure about sticking my creation outside-  much less eating on it.  I maye make some redwood drink holders to keep water stains at bay.   I’ll post a picture at completion.  Till next blog,  Bye.

Stuck in a bicep/arm workout.  I need to set my gym up where I can easliy do other muscle groups.  Stuck on chipups, pullups  and curls and dips at the moment.  Rear delts lagging as well as legs.  Wt around 192.  Cardio, what cardio?  All in all, just moving along in my turtle pace.. Things are moving right along.  Not doing much for abs.  Legs are lagging, because of mild pain in my right knee.  May look into getting a knee support just for when I work out.  I’ve seen quite a few on the market.  Pushups and chinups are working for me really good.  I’ll switch to something else once I stop making gains.   Till next blog, Bye.

Progress is moving along.  Did 4 sets of 10 chinups. Arms/shoulders are coming along nicely.  Wt is increasing motivation is increasing, temp in garage gym is decreasing!!!  Shoulder has been really solid as of late,  I’m learning what not to do.  Got some your looking swole comments and questions about weight lfting,  which are always nice, but it still takes me by surprise.  Will continue on the slowest getting jacked plan of all time.  Till next blog,  Bye.
