Making great progress with the guns, maybe to much. Need to bring other parts up before I get out of balance. HA HA. I’ve been hitting the chinups and pullups really hard and neglecting everything else. Instead of chinups I’lll substitute hanging ab work. I think my concentration is also going to be on deadlifts and lunges for a while. Midsection is OK at best, but without doing cardio its what I expect. Since I don’t eat right (6 meals per day right) my thinking is its ok to have some bodyfat so I have something for the body to snack on. My thinking is: I’m not interested in dropping fat (refinement) until I get to a point where the whole package is ready. Weight staying around 190 give or take a few pounds, will get to 200 one day.
