3rd week October
Whats going on- humm. I’m now a widegrip/narrow grip chinup master, added pullups also. Coasting along at probably 18% bf. I need to start adding some form of cardio to the mix- just haven’t figured out what to add. All telling mirror is ok, at best. Wt this morning 193. Working out almost every night, recovery doesn’t seem to be a problem. Making strength progress, and upper body is improving. Still not pressing anything, but small weights overhead. Mastering the chinups and pullups is a feat in itself, great excercises that will pay great rewards. Keep on keeping on Drew.
