status
Well, I’ve been out of town training for climbing thru the boy scouts. I don’t mind rappelling, but I’m not a big fan of climbing. I can see why most climbers have single digit bodyfat. I didn’t have any problems on the climbing tower except for a cramp, but for real world I would drop some weight for sure. No use lugging around any extra. I’m bummed I didn’t take any pictures. Did bruise my palm - somehow I must have had a death grip going. Back to working out in my garage. Till next blog, bye.

I think in climbing I would have a death grip going most of the time. Sounds like a good challenge.
