Monday, September 28th, 2009Stuck in a bicep/arm workout. I need to set my gym up where I can easliy do other muscle groups. Stuck on chipups, pullups and curls and dips at the moment. Rear delts lagging as well as legs. Wt around 192. Cardio, what cardio? All in all, just moving along in my turtle pace.. Till next blog, Bye.
