I’m ready for some cooler weather. Workouts were few and far between this weekend. Will hit everything again this coming week. Weight slowly going up. Till next blog, Bye.

I’m hurting this morning. Shoulder is not happy, actually been unhappy for about a week now. I was thinking I was doing really good and getting past this shoulder issue and maybe getting back into a proper gym. I see the same thing happening- I wouldn’t be able to use 3/4 of the machines and if I did the weights would be so lite I would be embarrassed. I’ll keep plugging along with my current setup. No worries. Till next blog, Bye.

Worked out last night with the old home gym. I need to pick up a flat bench. I am making good progress on my chinups, but need to incorporate some weights somehow. Shoulders also need some heavier weights (flys). I’m wondering how long somebody can makes gains doing pushups also. Back to taking my protein drinks in the morning and after working out. Feel like I’m toning more than gaining, but making gains because I’m able to increase my weights on everything. Continuing my slowest getting jacked program of all time. Till next blog, Bye.

Garage gym working out allright. I crank the big fan on and I’m in Heaven. Did 3 sets of 10 pullups- which by the way is a new best record. Eating more has its benefits I think. Found out I’m out gunning one of my coolest dress shirts this weekend, unless I can alter the sleeves with a slit and still make it look business. :( Till next blog, bye.

Found some good reads on the main site. The Xfactor and an article on not letting a rotator cuff injury slow you down- is just what I needed. Picked up a couple of new evil excersizes. Till next blog, Bye.

Summer is getting to me. I feel like I’m pudging out. Cardio has been nil, which probably explains my less than good-e-nuff body perception. I think I feel better at 12-15% bodyfat (more energy). Whats wrong with eating normal until I get to my ideal body measurements and then cutting? I have up until this point been on a yo yo cycle and I have made gains (injuries aside). I know I’m heading in the right direction, just not sure if I’m on the shortest path and for that matter I’m not on some kind of time table or something. I take the timetable thing back I’m not sure when I’ll kick the bucket. Just want to be jacked when I reach the pearly gates. I’ll just keep my head down- keep plugging away. Till next blog, Bye. Hey to the blog readers. Thanks for the comments.

Well I’m not 100% but 85% ain’t bad. Pulled the big fan out, opened the garage door and wore myself out. Went to my park chinup bar and wore myself out again. Finished by doing pushups against the benches. All in all a good workout. Cardio is on hold until it cools off some. Till next blog, bye.

Got a cool compliment this weekend when my sons friend said to him "Your dad is looking swole." I just happened to hear as I was helping move stuff into a building. This took me by surprise and I just laughed to myself. My son is following my stick build and is a bean pole right now. Hes not interested in his physical build, but he does see me working out and running so maybe one day ….. Of course he could eat an elephant and not think twice about it, I’m loosing that ability. Eating more has translated to more energy and better lifts so I’m happy about that. Till next blog, bye.
