3rd week July
Tuesday, July 28th, 2009Plugging along, not doing as much as I think I should, but still doing something every night. Body is doing OK. Doing pullups and pushups almost every night. Would like to see a thicker upper body, to give me a better V- shape. Arms are doing better -with the pushups- triceps are getting much better. Not sure about what kind of balance is best between biceps and triceps - need to do some research. Eating more not better but more. Till next blog, Bye.
