Humm. CT scan is good - no issues- but pain still present. Taking my antibiotics and see if this clears mild pain away. Putting a cloud over my workouts. Haven’t been running- its to freaking hot. Been stressed out with everything going on. I need to read a good scifi book, and lose myself for awhile. Till next blog, Bye.

Got sidelined sorta by a lower intestinal something. Will be drinking a Barium Sulfate Suspension for a CT scan. Yummy. THis is my second time because I had to cancel my first scan one hour before hand. Dropping weight like a hot potato due to testing. Will carry on, Till next blog, Bye.

June has been a little rough workout wise. Past weekend I did the tent camping/hiking torture (99 Degrees), and I’m just now getting my energy back. Did pushups last night and some shoulder stuff and that was about it. Wt around low 180s. Lacking a good workout still, but I have lots of workouts to choose from just need to pick one and follow it. Neck pain gone for now- I figured out I pulled something lifting a box and pulling it sideways all overhead. Tried to go swimming, but pool was closed so I rode my bike around the neighborhood. Did a set of sitting military presses with my dumbbells and a side order off pushups. Wish I had all my strength back on my left shoulder. Taking it easy, but forward progress is just slower, than the slow I was already going. Till next blog, Bye.

My neck is makeing me miserable as of late. Must have something pinching or something. Can’t even lay my head down on a pillow without some form of pain. Have put working out to a minimum until I feel better- did do 100 pushups last night in spite of everything. Till next blog, Bye.

Kinda coasting right now. Weight is good, mass is not where I want. Will coast thru summer, maintaining what I got. Did standing military press with 25lb dumb bells. Left side is weaker than the right for sure, still have a twitch or to causing pain so I help lower the weight with my other hand. Weight still around 180lbs. Abs doing really good for no attention. Pants are all loose. Will start my pushup extravaganza again today. Doing bodyweight chinups also. Till next blog, Bye.

Allergies got me down a little. Just haven’t wanted to run, and I’m falling behind on what I wanted to do. Did workout last night- chinups and curls. Tonight I’m working on chest and tris. Weight sitting at low 180s. Need more motivation as always. Till next blog, Bye.
