Heavy Weights- Low reps
Had a great workout - going heavy with low reps. Eating is OK - not the best but working on noticing differences. Wt around 182- would like to keep it somewhere around there and build muscle without fat. Maybe someday (7 more years) I’ll get to where I want. Learning to educate myself about nutrition so I’m not wasting time doing the wrong things. Till next blog, Bye.
