Thursday, April 30th, 2009Things going good - weight around low 180s, which is bad but abs doing good. Still haven’t worked out a good routine for my gym. Running every other day around 20min. Arms doing pretty good, still need work on everything else. Actually bench pressed this past week without pain. Oh Yea. Excited about that. Shoulder good/ back not as good but above average.
