End of April

Things going good - weight around low 180s,  which is bad but abs doing good.  Still haven’t worked out a good routine for my gym.  Running every other day around 20min.  Arms doing pretty good, still need work on everything else.  Actually bench pressed this past week without pain.  Oh Yea.  Excited about that.  Shoulder good/ back not as good but above average.  Till next blog,  Bye.

Things are going good.  Heavy weights and low reps right now.  Actually get sore after workouts-  its been a while since this happened.  I’m liking the garage now,  was having doubts- still have doubts about leg workouts.  At the gym I never worked as hard as in my garage-  Don’t really care if I sweat like a pig and get all red.  Workouts are more intense and the only company I have is my dog, and the radio.   Till next blog, Bye.

Heavy Weights- Low reps

Had a great workout - going heavy with low reps.  Eating is OK - not the best but working on noticing differences.  Wt around 182-  would like to keep it somewhere around there and build muscle without fat.  Maybe someday (7 more years) I’ll get to where I want.  Learning to educate myself about nutrition so I’m not wasting time doing the wrong things.  Till next blog,  Bye.

Running

Well I really really really didn’t want to go,  but out of sheer just gotta do it,  I did.  Hit my stride 3/4 of the way and felt good about it.  Weight down to 180 which is probably why running seems to be back.  I don’t mind running but at anything above 190lb it feels like a chore.  Till next blog,  Bye.

Finally a leg day

Finally quit loafing and got on the leg wagon.  Kinda hard without the right equipment,   but I made the best of it.  Today is running and ab work.  I’m proud of the leg workout still.  Till next blog,  Bye.

April slow

Getting a slow start to April,  not much workout this past weekend.  Weight balanced around 182.  Been dragging more than usual.  This week my goal is to workout (30 min) heavy low reps and run  TTHS (20min).  Need to get more rest (sleep) also. Till next blog,  Bye.
