End of March
Weight dropping. I needed to shed some fluff, so it isn’t so bad. I still want to get to 200 at a decent bf% say around 10-15%. Probably sitting around 15% bf now at 185lbs. Chlorestrol heading down, once I start running again it will be even better. Currently happy with the mirror more or less. Arms are hanging on, don’t seem to be losing any size. Haven’t done any ab work, looking to see what (ab defining) factors work better for me diet vs workout. Diet seems to be the winner so far. I need to step it up this next month (April) and do high weights and low reps. Been on the high reps low weights workout to long. TIll next blog, bye.

For me diet helps 60% workout 40% for abs .
In addition, daily fat burning aerobic stuff needs to be carried out to help get the body into slightly negative caloric balance

Thanks for the comment- I did run tonight, probably about 20 minutes. Its a start, I need to do this 4-5 days per week.
