No run tonight
Well rain cancelled my plans it seems. I did however work in my garden all afternoon, and I’m beat. Maybe its a good thing my plans got scrubbed. I’m having a rough time getting my chlorestrol under 200. This sucks because its screwing up my diet. What diet, my diet is a joke- there is no diet. I have got to get the nutrition down and the rest will follow. Its time to hit research mode and find a nutrition plan that can work for me. My two givens are oatmeal for breakfast and PBJ for lunch. Supper is usually whatever the family eats- and its usually high in chlorestrol- so I try to load up on vegetables or a salad first. Worst cheat is a Dr. pepper. I’m going cold turkey and give up my DP. Thursday is day one of NO Dr peppers. I don’t see how that effects LDH, and HDH but here goes anyway. I’m also going to go back to my protein drink around 3:00 I’ll count the calories and see what happens. Till next blog, Bye.

Watch out with the protein. Some of them are loaded with sugar. Have you tried the Zone yet? I’m reading up on it, and it sounds like a not so bad plan. I bet some genius already invented the Zone Plate, where it shows you how much space one food group should occupy.
