Weight dropping.  I needed to shed some fluff, so it isn’t so bad.   I still want to get to 200 at a decent bf% say around 10-15%.  Probably sitting around 15% bf  now at 185lbs.    Chlorestrol heading down,  once I start running again it will be even better.  Currently happy with the mirror more or less.  Arms are hanging on,  don’t seem to be losing any size.  Haven’t done any ab work,  looking to see what (ab defining) factors work better for me  diet vs workout.  Diet seems to be the winner so far.   I need to step it up this next month (April) and do high weights and low reps.  Been on the high reps low weights workout to long.  TIll next blog,  bye.

Well rain cancelled my plans it seems.  I did however work in my garden all afternoon, and I’m beat.  Maybe its a good thing my plans got scrubbed.  I’m having a rough time getting my chlorestrol under 200.  This sucks because its screwing up my diet.  What diet,  my diet is a joke-  there is no diet.  I have got to get the nutrition down and the rest will follow.  Its time to hit research mode and find a nutrition plan that can work for me.  My two givens are oatmeal for breakfast and PBJ for lunch.  Supper is usually whatever the family eats-  and its usually high in chlorestrol-  so I try to load up on vegetables or a salad first.  Worst cheat is a Dr. pepper.         I’m going cold turkey and give up my DP. Thursday is day one of NO Dr peppers.   I don’t see how that effects LDH, and HDH but here goes anyway.  I’m also going to go back to my protein drink around 3:00   I’ll count the calories and see what happens.  Till next blog,  Bye.

Did good last night,  arms are coming along.  Chest is coming along.   Diet is not coming along.   Haven’t done a maximum lift check in quite awhile.  I need to see if anything has improved.  Hummm.  Till next blog,  Bye.

Well, its been sloooooooow.  Haven’t done much except pushups and bicep work.  Neck and shoulders are doing great-  so I think its time to step it up.  Diet has been good except for today.  Work/family/work/family/work/family its about all I do.  My relax time is working out for my 30 minutes a night.  My motivation is medium- my lower body motivation is below negative.  I just need to start a good workout and I would be back in the game.  I need to get my ipod back from my kids and I would be in runner heaven again.  I just need to pick one and move on it-  I think I need to find my ipod and hide it.  Yea, its time to be sneaky and cunning.  Can’t run tonight I’m working late.  But its a good night to go Ipod hunting.  Till next blog,  bye.

Forward and beyond

I went to the chiropractor for the first time and he did something with my neck and now I feel better.  I haven’t lifted anything since this happened on Saturday-  but I’m feeling pretty good.  I can move my head to the left without any dull aches and assorted tweaks.  I am holding my breath, because before I couldn’t hold a left armed bicep pump without feeling pain in my neck and shoulder.  I went because I had tweaked my upper back by doing some chinups and it was the same old pain I’ve been dealing with for 4-5 years now.  He also did something with my back and now I haven’t been doing the old man shuffle after sleeping all night, like I have been for the same 4 -5 years.  I’m not saying this will work for everyone,  but its been a good deal for me-  at least so far.  I’m glad I’ve been doing small weights and not laying off my shoulders-  but having pain and soreness has got to limit whatever bodybuilding plans anybody could have.  I can’t help but think this is biggest reason I was on the slowest getting jacked plan of all time.  Till next blog, bye.

Ran my 2 miles and it wasn’t bad as I was expecting.  Pushups are really making a difference in my triceps and chest :) Midsection is so-so really haven’t worked on midsection in quite awhile.   Till next blog,  Bye.
