Coasting
Seems like I’ve been coasting along and not making any progress- probably dropping some lifting numbers. Since I seem to be lacking gains - I’m going to pick my weakest feature -which is my chest and shoulders- and post some lifting numbers and work on getting those numbers up. I seem to see gains after about 4 weeks so that will be my time frame for gauging success or failure. I just want my physical lifts to improve. I hope my numbers haven’t tanked like the market. Last night I did 25lb dumbbell military presses and it wasn’t bad. Till next blog, Bye.
