Week update
I’ve been off my supplements (protein) for about a month now - weight has dropped to 183lbs. Diet sucks trying to get chlorestrol right- I think I’m going back to running and not worry about watching what I eat so much. This winter I did manage to stay around 200lbs for quite a while so I’m happy about that. Slowest getting jacked plan of all time still on schedule. Till next blog, Bye.
