3rd week Feb
Not sure if where I’m going is right , but it is what it is. Weight around 185lb still. Not eating enough = to tired to workout right. My workouts have been bad to worse- but mirror check is OK. Shoulders doing good, holding up. Its time to get a workout plan that fits my equipment. Part of plan- doing chinups on the swingset behind my house. I need to practice not swinging. My goal is to do them everynight. Till next blog, Bye.
