Home Gym

Having serious issues with getting the legs worked out.    Right now not doing much for the wheels.  I need to take the time and find a workout I can print and follow every week.  Most of the ones I have now are for a gym with lots of machines and racks.  I think this is why I’ve been lost and wandering without true direction.   Humm.  Till next blog,  Bye.     PS.  Pushups are saving me right now.

You can work your legs with deep body weight squats and lunges. Add weight if you have it for them. Try reversre lunges too. Standing calf Raises to failure. I was in prison and had no weights and still beefed my legs up. Put your mind to work and you’ll create a routine. Try Sissy Squats too.

I agree with Steveo … go for the lunges - in quantity and I think you’ll be pretty surprised at what happens. In warmer months, I’ll do 20 minutes or so work on leg day before I hit the squat rack and they really have an impact not only on your legs, but it quite a cardio workout too.
