Coasting

Seems like I’ve been coasting along and not making any progress-  probably dropping some lifting numbers.  Since I seem to be lacking gains - I’m going to pick my weakest feature -which is my chest and shoulders- and post some lifting numbers and work on getting those numbers up.  I seem to see gains after about 4 weeks so that will be my time frame for gauging success or failure.  I just want my physical lifts to improve.  I hope my numbers haven’t tanked like the market.  Last night I did 25lb dumbbell military presses and it wasn’t bad.  Till next blog,  Bye.

Week update

Friday, February 20th, 2009

I’ve been off my supplements (protein) for about a month now -  weight has dropped to 183lbs.  Diet sucks trying to get chlorestrol right- I think I’m going back to running and not worry about watching what I eat so much.  This winter I did manage to stay around 200lbs for quite a while so I’m happy about that.  Slowest getting jacked plan of all time still on schedule.  Till next blog,  Bye.

Must be reaching bf% threashold

Yesterday got an eye migraine and headache-  so I figure my bf% is to low (for me) and I’m not eating enough.  I only have issues when I reach some low level of sort.   Chlorestrol free diet attempt has my diet all FUBAR.   Did my first attempt at lower body workout in awhile-  lunges  forward and reverse.   Crummy workout, but a start-  need a lot of refinement.  Till next blog,  Bye.

I feel I’m staying the course as of late.  Even if I don’t want to go hit my garage gym,  I still do my pushups and chinups.  I can feel I’m getting better, because I can do more now.  Did my 200 pushups and some shoulder stuff for the RC issues-  Working on getting my overhead press back w/o to much pain.  Plan seems to be working.  Never doing enough, but it is what it is.   BTW  I found a workout I can modify to fit what equipment I have.   Oh yea, progress.    Till next blog, Bye.

3rd week Feb

Not sure if where I’m going is right , but it is what it is.  Weight around 185lb still.  Not eating enough = to tired to workout right.  My workouts have been bad to worse- but mirror check is OK.  Shoulders doing good, holding up.  Its time to get a workout plan that fits my equipment.  Part of plan- doing chinups on the swingset behind my house. I  need to practice not swinging.  My goal is to do them everynight.  Till next blog,  Bye.

Home Gym

Having serious issues with getting the legs worked out.    Right now not doing much for the wheels.  I need to take the time and find a workout I can print and follow every week.  Most of the ones I have now are for a gym with lots of machines and racks.  I think this is why I’ve been lost and wandering without true direction.   Humm.  Till next blog,  Bye.     PS.  Pushups are saving me right now.   

Second week Feb

Goals are to hit the weights heavy.  Been down for two weeks and its time to get a little sore.  Shoulders doing great- still have issues with overhead presses- but staying after them with my little butterfly 10lb weights.  Arge…  Super annoying.  Till next blog, Bye.

Slow Feb

Stomach bug, then allergies-  First week in Feb is getting squashed- Weights dropped to 186.  Haven’t even done pushups.  Motivation crawled in a hole and died.  I guess this is one way to cut?  I’m feeling better now,  just need to get back on the wagon.  Till next blog,  Bye.
