Friday, January 2nd, 2009Well worked out for the first time last night in the garage home gym. Did bench presses with 50lbs - with no-pain. I wouldn’t do these at the gym- it was just to embarrassing. Had the stereo going - all in all not bad. Will have to hit the road for cardio. Wt around 200lbs which is where I want to stay until I have a six pack or better. I will have to fine tune some of my workouts, because I don’t have a cable machine- but it will be allright. I will also have to be more disciplined with my workouts. Starting with not a lot of heavy weights- just two 50 lb plates and dumbbells 35’s and 25’s. Total weights in all 300lbs.
