4th week January
Yesterday did my stadium run 1-1/2 mile jog. Finished my pushups so and I’m ready for this week. The pushup workout seems to be giving me some good gains. The article says its rough on the body and to only do every 6 -7 months. Whats up with that it. I’ll lay off for two weeks and start over. My body seems to make gains when I hit it hard for a week or so and then have some days off. Mirror is OK, arms showing some improvement (still not knuckle dragging big) midsection lagging- only because I haven’t been working on the abs in about a month or so. Will work on chest and abs this week. Till next blog, Bye.
