Shoulders are doing good- ran 1-1/2 miles yesterday. Haven’t done any bench work in a week- falling behind. Been doing arms and shoulders every night- not to failure will do this for 10 days and then move on. Kind of like the pushups. I don’t know if its right, but its different. Till next, blog, bye.

Yesterday did my stadium run 1-1/2 mile jog. Finished my pushups so and I’m ready for this week. The pushup workout seems to be giving me some good gains. The article says its rough on the body and to only do every 6 -7 months. Whats up with that it. I’ll lay off for two weeks and start over. My body seems to make gains when I hit it hard for a week or so and then have some days off. Mirror is OK, arms showing some improvement (still not knuckle dragging big) midsection lagging- only because I haven’t been working on the abs in about a month or so. Will work on chest and abs this week. Till next blog, Bye.

Did my 200 pushups and some shoulder stuff last night. Did 30 minutes of stadium stairs around 6:00 also. Pretty much beat after everything was said and done. Drove past my old gym on the way and it was packed- practically no one at the stadium. Don’t miss the crowds at the gym- especially this time of year. Progress creeping along. Weight dropping– Showing a little more discipline, change is good. Till next blog, Bye.

3 more days of 200 pushups per day. Finished pushups last night and learned how to do burpees. I did the burpees without the pushup part, and to think I was worried about cardio. Mirror check is OK, lowest midsection has got to be the hardest. I’m not cutting so I don’t worry to much. Diet is what it is. I’m watching what I eat so my chlorestrol won’t be high. I’m eating oatmeal (Breakfast) and Peanut butter sandwich at lunch, packing a protein drink for around 3:00. Weight has been hanging around 194 ish. Till next blog, Bye.

My ideas of the home gym need some fine tuning. Worked out legs last night and its clear I need a better plan. Squats without a good rack are not easy. Looks like I’m gonna have to get a workout I can handle without a rack at least for awhile. This is one thing I’m missing from the old gym, because they had everything. I’ll figure this out. One good note the park behind my house has a swing that can double as a chin up bar. Till next blog, Bye.

Diet is better, but I’m not eating enough to keep my weight up. Will have to start planning, if I want to eat better. Barely worked out last night, tonight will be better I’m attempting legs tonight. My see food diet caught up to me with my health checkup- chlolestrol was high. -was 195 and now 235. Bummer, I already started eating oatmeal in the morning and taking fishoil pills. So long to cheese and whatever else is running the numbers up. I’m also eating my vegeables and salads first before eating any meat. I’m sure I can bring the numbers down, it was easy getting them up though. Will have to check out green and black tea, they are suppossed to be good also. Numbers were good last time so they can be good again. I’d hate to see the numbers if I didn’t workout all the time. Home gym going good, little cool but it works. Till next blog, Bye.

Did my home bench after watching a youtube instruction on saving your shoulders. Did really good- no pain. Didn’t have enough time, so I’ll do them again tonight a little heavier. Neat side note: While shoping, two people I don’t even know asked me how long have I been working out, and what I’m doing- kinda cool. Maybe I making some progress, it just seems so slow….. Well, its cold and raining and cardio just didn’t seem that appealing. Shoulders have been really tight and sleeping has been a royal pain. Hitting a bit of lack of motivation it seems. Tonight I will get back on the wagon, and do some shrugs and deadlifts. Really unmotivated when it comes to abs- the gym was so easy - now it is situps and my swissball. Will work these in tonight- once I get a routine it will be easier I hope. Till next blog, Bye.

Dropped the kids off, and went and ran 1 mile and hit the bleachers X 10. Having to be creative with my cardio now I’m not gyming it. Cardio was what cardio is. Broke a good sweat, even in the cool air. Will do triceps tonight, and some shrugs. Till next blog, Bye.
