Getting Better
Shoulders are getting better. My sleeping habits/posture were makeing matters worse. I am doing the PT and almost staying away from any shoulder work- besides my little 10lb weights/pushups. After all is said and done I know I had the torn (R)and strained (L) RC. A small case of pinched ulnar nerve or and bicep tendinitis and what I think was mild thorasic outlet syndrome. 2008 was/is a rotten year, I’m ready for 2009. Till next blog, Bye.

Sorry about your injury. RCs can be a real bear to deal with. Hope the situation improves for you - I need to work on sleep habits myself.
