Did legs last night. Topped that off with moutain mode on the stationary bike, then fast clip on the treadmill. Walking up the stairs, was interesting later at the house. Till next blog, Bye.

Ran 2-1/2 miles last night, really sluggish. Still have a muscle ache (neck) so I didn’t even feel like going. Weight down to 187 (bad). Will work on getting more quality food in the system. I’m out of my whey for after workouts. Been bad as of late - I don’t have any energy…. Will work thru this blah time. Till next blog, Bye.

I picked up two 50 lb bar weights (ugliest weights of all time, probably date to the early 30’s or something) over the weekend. Just need an ez-curl small bar for the arms. Gym membership lasts till Dec 29th, just planning ahead. Till next blog, Bye.

Worked arms last night with a side of abs. Got a great pump on the arms, probably could have done more but gym closed. Shoulders seem to be doing better. Did one shrug with 35 lb dumbbells and got a rude, I don’t think so slap across the face. Thought I would have issues today, but everthing is OK. No worries. Dis gonna pass with time. I did good last night. Was able to bench 45’s without feeling some form of pain. I haven’t been able to do the bench press so I’m happy. Biked for 20 minutes on Mount Everest mode. Till next blog, Bye.

This month, I’m focusing on PT with the RC issue, and eating my way back to 200lbs. I won’t worry about midsection- I need to keep saying this. I also need to find another protein source. This month I’ll also be taking GC. Tiill next blog, Bye.
