Messed up Sept/Oct
Tuesday, October 7th, 2008This past month and Oct so far have been a struggle to get to the gym. I need to get back into my sync. Workouts have been good, but lack direction. The interruptions and the RC problems, have got me second guessing all my workouts. My eating has been off, I wanted to stay at 200lbs thats not happening. I think thats my number one priority. My plan is now to get back to 200 and keep the shoulder therapy going every workout till it goes away. Sleep getting better. Till next blog, Bye.
