Messed up Sept/Oct

This past month and Oct so far have been a struggle to get to the gym.  I need to get back into my sync.  Workouts have been good,  but lack direction. The interruptions and the RC problems, have got me second guessing all my workouts.  My eating has been off,  I wanted to stay at 200lbs thats not happening.  I think thats my number one priority.  My plan is now to get back to 200 and keep the shoulder  therapy going every workout till it goes away.  Sleep getting better.  Till next blog, Bye.

Sore today

Wednesday, October 1st, 2008

Legs are sore, abs are sore and now for the first time in a long time arms.  Worked out Monday doing biceps, and felt good about it, but never got sore?  So Tuesday did chest and triceps and went back to biceps,  which seems to be the ticket.  Moday was a warmup I guess.  Now I’m sore almost everywhere.  Need to get back to eating right,  not getting enough protein.  Till next blog,  Bye.
