Bailing on my Gym
Sent in my cancellation, so I’m gonna have to be more disciplined about what I do. This weekend I was out of town so it was mainly pushups and more pushups. Have about a month left on membership so I’m hopefully going to hit it hard. Till next blog, Bye.

That is a good thing. You will be giving your joints a rest. I have been doing body weight exercises since march and it has done me wonders so if you hit hard with the calisthenics you will be ok.
