Gym time

Between everything,  managed to get to the gym.  I really need to figure out how to do cardio.  I camp says after workout, so I tried last night after doing chest and triceps.  Felt really awkward at first, chest and arms both felt heavy.  Ran for about 25 minutes.  Had plenty of steam.  New plan  — I’m gonna forget cardio, at least till my gym time runs out. Then I’ll alternate days weights then cardio, at least this way I  won’t have to figure out which is better.  Till next blog,  bye.

Mirror check

Leaning out a little,  cutting down on breads.  Mirror looking better,  abs are coming along.  Did step ups last night,  and I’m sore today.  Need to do more of these, because I’m sore in places I’m not used to.  Till next blog,  Bye.

Bailing on my Gym

Sent in my cancellation,  so I’m gonna have to be more disciplined about what I do.  This weekend I was out of town so it was mainly pushups and more pushups.  Have about a month left on membership so I’m hopefully going to hit it hard.  Till next blog,  Bye.

Gym time better spent

Wow,  worst day ever in a long time.  Got talkered,  got to gym late and all in all a total waste.   What was I thinking.  Went home and did pushups to try to salvage day.  I almost made up my mind to bail on the gym.  I have a bench and enough weights to break a sweat.  I don’t really need a gym right now,  because my shoulders are screwed up, and I can’t use the free weights I want anyway.   I also have the open road for running so thats not a problem.  Till next blog,  Bye.  It decision time.

3rd week October

This week is going to be a bit crazy. Will continue on my running for 20 minutes before workout and RC rehab.  Mirror check is actually getting better.  I’m waiting for another month before progress pictures.  Shoulder still not right, but I’m learning what I can get by with.  Till next blog,  Bye.

Ran my 1 mile.  Did RC work, seated presses with a little pain, but present.  Worked on triceps, dumbbell flyes painfull.  Pushups,  inclined and normal.   Till next blog,  bye.

Still messed up

Still in some kind of BB’ing void.  Between everything going on- mirror check still not where I want to be.  Diet not right. Lifting not right.  Sleep not right.  Shoulders not right.  I think I’m just gonna run my arse off and begin where I started.  Just start running for a month or two or three or four, at least till I get things sorted out.  I’m not even sure this is my plan,  but maybe it will get me out of BB’ing black hole, and back on my slowly getting jacked plan.  Till next blog,  Bye.
