Since I dropped some weight, I figured I would start running again. Ran 3 miles on Saturday, a little sluggish since I haven’t run in a month, or two, or three. Shoulders doing better, still doing my rotator cuff warmups. My plan is to do cardio and lower body and any upper body that doesn’t mess with my shoulders much. Till next blog, Bye.

Slipped back into the gym yesterday, weight is down to 187 or less, bummed about that. Started back doing dips and overhead presses, if I don’t go down to low these don’t catch the rotator cuffs, and tweak my sore spot. Only bright thing is my abs are coming in. Tonight is my new pushup only routine, should be interesting. Till next blog, Bye.

I’m hope we will have power by Monday, Being in a house without power is like some kind of wierd camping trip, in which you hauled your bed and walls with you. I probably will hear generators in my dreams for the next 50 years. Gym closed. Work has power, which is really good. Till next blog, bye.

Still no power at my house, only casulty was my fence and a small tree. I haven’t worked out since last Friday, mainly been sitting in lines for gasoline for the generator. Ike will not be missed. Getting caught up at work. Weight has fallen to 192 -193lbs. Till next blog, bye.

Been doing my 10 lb RC workout and they both seem to be getting better, it also helps to take Relafin as well. Did chest and triceps and stayed away from shoulder pain really good. Humm. Will meet with the PT to make sure I’m doing everything right on Friday give or take an IKE. Abs still sore from two days ago, I beat them up pretty good. Till next blog, bye.

Second doc says, "No shoulder operation." Physical therapy and maybe a cortizone shot if that doesn’t do the trick. I’m already doing my rotator cuff workout before hitting the gym. Only a couple of lifts hurt, so I stay away from them in general. Feeling good about the whole thing right now. Still dropping my weight. Ran 2-1/2 miles yesterday, keeping it to 20 minutes tops. Cycle jogging and sprinting got to 180 bpm probably because I haven’t run in a couple of months. Till next blog, Bye.

Doing the usual at the gym. Waiting on second opinion about shoulder operation. I guess it will be leg and ab workouts for awhile. Did legs last night, got to the gym late, but did good. Eating is off, I’m gonna bail on my maintaing 200lb quest until my shoulder situation is over. I could stand to loose some fluff in the midsection, so its not such a bad deal. Till next blog, bye.

Tendonitus of the intraspinatus and subscapularis tendons. Humm. Rotator cuff issues. 2nd doctor opinion Friday, as to what to do about it. Kinda bummed, but nothing I can do about it now. More muscle mass would have been nice on the mri. Fell off the eating wagon again, weight 195. Now that I know I’m gonna have to lay off shoulder work, might as well eat better and bring in the abs some. Till next blog, bye.
