Ever since I got my list of rotator cuff do’s and dont’s, I’ve done really good with it. This weekend was crazy but managed to get to the gym. Weight is hanging around the upper 190s. Feeling a bit tired as of late, maybe its time to take a couple of days off. THis week will be watch what I eat a little better week. I need to eat better as always. Till next blog, Bye.

Well, at least I know what is causing my shoulder pain. Supraspenatus tear. Wonder how long that takes to heal? Now I have to figure out ways around it. Till next blog, Bye.

Yesterday was great, I could feel my arms where really , really pumped when I left the gym. I ate super good all day and got my protein and carbs right. The only other factor could have been the EAS Myoplex shake. Will workout at the house tonight mainly pushups. Mirror check says shoulders and traps need more work. Hopefully I’ll figure out what is going on with the shoulder to fix that. Till next blog, Bye.

Tuesday was leg day, but I ate to late and it was a real chore to get everything done. Weight is down to 194 which is ok, but as long as I stay in the 90’s I’m good to go. Will be eating close to correct today. May not have a chance to workout tonight, so I might be doing standing 25 db overhead presses at home. Till next blog, bye. PS Getting a few comments from fellow gym nuts about looking jacked, so I guess I will stay with my eternally slow program.

Friday did good. Sat/Sun just 3 meals (norm). Today starting off good, should get my six meals in. Didn’t have my hardboiled eggs this morning thou. This weekend I helped two people with form. One doing deadlifts (Sat), that hurt me clear across the gym, and the other with lunges (Sun). I wasn’t going to help, but I could they were new or had a new workout. Both seemed really glad to get any advice, so it was worth it. I know about unsolicited advice , but they were in dire need of education. I love doing deadlifts and walking lunges so I could speak from experience. Since my new workout doesn’t have chinups, I did them this past weekend. I was doing some form of chinup for 2 or 3 months and I was making really good progress, so I hated to leave them cold turkey. This week I’m still with my current workout, its hard good and actually has an arm day. Till next blog, Bye.

Well, I thought I was giving up on 200lbs, but maybe not. Takeing things to the next level - I found a meal plan that I think I can handle while working 8-5. I’ll post later, but w/o dinner which changes everyday it looks like carbs are about 100 grams and proteins are 117 grams. Looking for 284 gram carbs and 144 grams protein, when the dust settles. Is it possible to get 184 grams of carbs with dinner, not worried about 30 grams protein? Plan has six meals per day. My first day is today, so I will have to see how everything goes. I’ll count calories at night. Till next blog, bye.

Well, I kinda gave up on maintaining 200lbs only because I wasn’t eating the right foods. I think I was adding more fat than anything. I’m back to just working my way back to 200 the slowest way on Earth, by building muscle. Till next blog, Bye.

Last night was good. Workout was chest and back. Did db flys with 30 lbs and counted 6 on the uplift. My chest was on fire by the time I finished 5 sets. I’m trying to follow the workout as close to the speed as possible. I’m assuming someone has already done the homework to make sure I’m maximizing my efforts, so why do it different. Diehards at the gym and it wasn’t crowded at all. Used 55 lb db on the inclined press and my shoulders tweaked every now and then, but I got it done. Trying to focus on intensity and form for all lifts. Will probably have a rest day today. Till next blog, Bye.

Begining my new workout. This time I actually have an arm day. Sunday did triceps pretty good. Managed to do 4 dragonflags whoop! The last one I was shaking really bad and the form wasn’t so great but I did 4 which is one more than before. Seem to be putting on some size, but still have shoulder weekness with associated pain ongoing. Still not sure whether or not to bring in the midsection. I always lose to much muscle trying to bring out the abs. Maybe its not actually muscle I’m loseing but I would like to think it is anyway. My plan is heavier lifts fewer reps. Till next blog, Bye.

No need to panic I thought, until I noticed I’m out of Dr Peppers. Worked out last night at the gym just in case the tropical storm blows it away. I’m past ready for school to start so I can have my gym back. Picked up a new workout (German Volume Training) I’ll post in my space. High Weight low volume kind of deal. Chest and back last night, I’m slowly getting my lifting numbers back up, after the crash with my shoulder. Tonight is legs, hopefully I won’t have to wade over to the gym. Till next blog, Bye.
