Friday, June 6th, 2008May, was a good month, Shoulder and knee both held up good. Progress is progressing. Weight gain holding on. I seem to be getting bigger in the arse region, but its a good getting bigger. My waist is still 32 and all my jeans still fit. Not doing as much ab work lately. Switched from free weights to machines for this week and June. Don’t really have a workout plan in place yet. Need more work on shoulders, lats, and pecs. Arms are holding ground. Working more on heavier lifts fewer reps, and developing my triceps more than bis. All the pictures I see with arms I want, have really nice tricep development. Taking creatine still and cassein whey after late night workout before bed. All in all I’m still on the slowly getting jacked plan. Till next blog, Bye.
