July Time
Worked out last night, about a 8 out of 10 for some reason. Oh yea, the shoulder was acting up. Did some cardio for the first time in a long time. Did sprints on the treadmill, should have used my better running shoes. Tonght will most likely be the chest and tris. Will do ab work first, need to try and concentrate on the bench.
