Workout was shorter, but I left the gym feeling green and with a wet t-shirt. LEG night. Did my walking lunges 3 sets, leg presses and whatever you call the machine you lay on and hit the backside of you legs (155lbs a PB). Also did one Dragonflag and my abs started to cramp. Whats with that. My abs will be awesome if I ever drop my bulk coat. I can feel they are improving, greatly. I’m not eating right and I’m down to 197lbs, staying at 200 requires a concerted effort. Will try to workout tonight upper body. Till next blog, Bye.

Hey Drew - impressive running blog bro! The routine has got quite a rhythm.
Keep track of what goes on in the kitchen … So much of this is about diet. It effects what we can and can’t do in the gym more than most want to admit. If you can be as focused there as you are at the dumb bell rack, there will be no stopping the gains and development. Continue to be relentless …

Thanks for the response. I’m still on my slowly gettting jacked plan. Yr (3). The kitchen could use some guidance, becasue I’m not nearly anal enough about my diet. I’m always learning. Thanks, again.
