Worked out last night, got sideswipped by the workout talkers. Managed to get a good pump on the triceps. Need to find a new workout or just go heavy (low reps) on the current one. Arms are getting somewhere. Starting to feel some mass. Still hanging around 200lbs, if I don’t eat right I’m down to 196 before you can say "scat". Cardio still on the skids, but I’m not shamed about my midsection yet. Won’t workout tonight, except some pushups at home. Till next blog, Bye.
