June Progress
Not sure what to think. Mirror (midsection) looks good one day and not so good the next. I’m not lifting the weights I should be, because of my shoulder. I can’t do anything about that so I do what I can. Did lat work yesterday and felt good about everything. Tonight I’m just using my home weights and working the biceps, and some pushups. Sitting around 198lbs give or take some water weight. Stopped the creatine for this month. Till next blog, Bye.
