Leg night
Once a week I do legs. I managed to get a good workout in. Still not comfortable with squats so I use the machines. The gym was more crowded than usual, but still had the leg stuff to myself. Was still a little sore from last weeks lunges so I went with 45 lbs. DId my stairclimber on my toes, always warms me up. Will try to workout tonight, after watching a couple of workout videos. It really got me motivated last week. Till next blog, Bye.
