Second week of 200lbs
Still keeping the weight around 200lb. which is great for me. Really starting to notice I’m getting somewhere with all this. Shoulders are not soft but solid. Haven’t worked the bench like I have wanted, due to soreness again. Biggest change has been doing the wide grip chinups. I’m also working the triceps alot more than I’ve ever done. Midsection still pudgy but I can bring that in fairly fast. Really not doing cardio, but I’m breathing hard and sweating like a pig thru my workouts. Got a lot of, "Have you been working out?" questions this weekend. Till next blog, bye.
