Did all my leg work today, including walking lunges w/70 lb dumbbells. whew! Even worked my calves really good. Will be interesting to see if I’m sore Monday. Till next blog, Bye.
I think I found the culprit. I did pullups last night and inclined bench. Woke up all night long with numbness in my arms. Popped online this morning and found all my symptoms: Dead arm, pain in neck, paresthesias (numbness), and last but most telling affected extremity may feel weak or HEAVY. That is my sleepless nightmare. Now at least I know what it is. Time to figure out how to relieve some pain. Till next blog, Bye.
