Long Weekend
Camped with the kids for three days. It was hot, sorta like a spa for three days and nights. Managed to get a small workout in on Memorial Day, when we got home. Hitting it harder this week, its time to bump the weights up. My weight is hanging around 197, and I feel heavier if that makes since. I’m not used to the mirror yet, but the extra weight seems to party on my rear and lower back and sides. I’m sticking to my 200lb plan for next month and should be there by the end of this week.
