Leg night
Did a sorta normal workout. Rotated walking lunges with leg presses. Walking lunges started at 30lb, then 45, then 65, and finally 70lb dumbbells. Did 140lbs on the reverse leg press or whatever its called. Did other leg work but can’t remember the right names of the machine. I was beat leaving the gym. Now that my shoulder is getting better, I did handstands with and without vertical support. Did ab work, till I was cramping up. Holiday weekend, and I’ll be out of town for three days. Trying to decide if I better get to the gym tonight or not. I’m going if I can get everything together, its my only arm day. Till next blog, bye.
