Been with the German Volume training workout for 4 weeks now. Really happy with the program, but wondering if its time to move on. I really want to concentrate on getting a fuller upperbody, specifically working the back. I haven’t concentrated on my upper back, maybe its time. The quest for a dragon flag works my lower back really good. I guess what I’ll do for lack of a better plan is stay on the German Volume training and add my specific back workout. Till next blog, bye.

How frustrating can it be. Decided to concentrate on arms last night. Thinking in my mind, what I’ve lifted before. Warmed up with 25 lb dumbbells and then moved to the curling bars. I’ve curled 110 so I’m thinking start at 60 and move up. What a mess I couldn’t do 90lbs. What a blow. My arms are bigger and look better than back then. What happened? I’ve been doing the German volume workout, which works the arms. Before that I was out off town for most of the month. I’ve been eating and put on some weight. I always seen to be able to lift more when I’m heavier than 10% bf. I know I haven’t been lifting heavy since everything has set me back this year it seems. Maybe the bicep tendinitis killed my progress. Heres to starting over. Nothing more humbling than grunting to some wimpy ass weight. Till next blog Bye.

Leg day, left the gym on shakey legs. Ate to much before hand, had to watch my lifting in case I got sick. I get some gratification for my efforts, someone asked me how I worked my calves the other day. Up to 194lbs solid, eating anything I want, I’m starting to feel hot all the time. This has always been a sign I’m getting up to 200 lbs. Midsection is getting a little thicker, but I’m not worrying about it. Haven’t changed pant sizes. Still working on the abs, getting stronger and doing harder ab moves. Still working on the dragon flags. Body isn’t perfect, but not bad. My goal is 200lbs and I’m sticking to it. Till next blog, Bye.

I can’t tell what direction I’m going right now. I bailed on cardio for the last three weeks. I’m still doing the german volume training workout, which I like. I’m up to 192lbs, but got setback by a bug for a week and half. Still after the dragon flags, but lower back hasn’t been cooperating. I’m still working on ab core, and progress is being made. I can actually breathe through some of the sets. Whoop. Whenever I cut, probably never, it should be exactly right. I will continue on my slowely getting jacked plan. Till next blog, bye.

Worked out last night, what a waste. I haven’t eaten right the last two days, and it showed. I’m still sore from whatever I had, but I had minus ZERO energy so it didn’t matter anyway. I still went, just worked on shoulders and biceps. Still managed a nice pump with the arms. Got home and coughed up what was left of my lungs. ARG. Who needs to workout when your coughing all day, and for that matter if you throw up, you’ll work your abs also. I found that out last Sunday. I’m glad I don’t have a ten/eight pak, because I was sore afterward. Well enough of the crappy stuff, I’m actually feeling much better today. Till next blog, bye.

Everything good here, Body feels like a steam roller coasted over me about 5 times. Mirror is getting better. Starting to get some upper body mass, at least I think so. I feel heavier if that makes any sense. Shoulders are sore beyond sore, but not the "Oh No!" sore. Will keep plugging away. Tonight should be lower body and ab work. Need to eat better, which always seems to be a problem. Till next blog, Bye..
