Sunday
Back on the wagon, worked out Sunday. Workout was just short of great, shoulder wasn’t cooperating. Saturday got some bad food somehow, destroyed my Saturday - stayed in bed. Energy level was low for Sunday workout, but at least I went. I’m still with the German volume workout. Tonight should be shoulders and chest. Weight up to 190, which gives me some fat, but I look at it as reserves. I never liked the emancipated look, which seems to be pretty easy for me. Did some ab work, even today my abs seem tight.
