AB Attack
Went to the gym with every intention of doing inclined bench presses, etc… but concentrated on abs instead. I worked them from every angle and then some. I always do abs last when I’m beat so I figued I would do them first. I think they got some one on one tonight. Did ab roll outs first and midway did two dragon flags. Did the swissball on the cable machine till I was sweating like I had just run a 10K. Did hanging leg pullups and then the sideways oblique killers. Workout was a 9.75 out of 10. Didn’t do the hanging leg outs, becasue I was beat. Till next blog, bye.
