Back on the wagon, worked out Sunday. Workout was just short of great, shoulder wasn’t cooperating. Saturday got some bad food somehow, destroyed my Saturday - stayed in bed. Energy level was low for Sunday workout, but at least I went. I’m still with the German volume workout. Tonight should be shoulders and chest. Weight up to 190, which gives me some fat, but I look at it as reserves. I never liked the emancipated look, which seems to be pretty easy for me. Did some ab work, even today my abs seem tight. German Volume training is beating me down. I am eating everything under the sun, but haven’t gained what I was expecting. The mirror is very happy, I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been in. I probably will never intentionally cut again, and I enjoy eating whatever I want. All the more reason to never cut. I will coast with this new workout till I get comfortable with everything. I am still on the slowly getting jacked plan. Till next blog, bye.

Ok, I’m takeing a week long "No Workout" vacation. I always say this but end up doing something, not this time. Almost, every part of me is sore. My knee, rotator cuff, bicep tendinitis, and a sore neck. Well thats enough of my ailments. I’m not even going to get online and check my bodyspace. Cold turkey. Argh Till next blog, Bye. Went to the gym with every intention of doing inclined bench presses, etc… but concentrated on abs instead. I worked them from every angle and then some. I always do abs last when I’m beat so I figued I would do them first. I think they got some one on one tonight. Did ab roll outs first and midway did two dragon flags. Did the swissball on the cable machine till I was sweating like I had just run a 10K. Did hanging leg pullups and then the sideways oblique killers. Workout was a 9.75 out of 10. Didn’t do the hanging leg outs, becasue I was beat. Till next blog, bye.

I’ve been slacking on the cardio as of late, so I posted 4-1/2 miles last night. Time flies when your in ipod land. Tried to do some ab work afterward. Ha ha I was beat. Tonight no gym, just pushups. Till next blog, bye.
