Leg Day
Worked my legs, included walking lunges. Still working with machines more or less. Squats, I’m not ready for. Blasted the legs from every angle. Nearly got sick a couple of times, but pulled thru. Cramped up after doing the calves, so I had to walk that out. Finished off with cycling, uphill. Sponged my way out of the gym. Managed to work on dragon flags. Progress on that front is slow, but steady. Till Next blog, Bye.
