Friday update
Yesterday was getting better. I’m not lifting heavy enough, due to injuries, but a least I’m not reinjuring anything. Legs where destroyed Thursday as planned and I really feel the destruction. On my quest to do Dragon Flags, I stepped up ab work with an ab roller full extension on knees. Abs are sore today, and I could cramp up if asked to do 2 crunches. Weight is off. I’m takeing musclemilk at 3:30 and cassein whey after a workout, since late last week. I did the hand held BF calculator and came up with 14.2%. Don’t really know how much to trust the contraption.
