Yesterday was getting better. I’m not lifting heavy enough, due to injuries, but a least I’m not reinjuring anything. Legs where destroyed Thursday as planned and I really feel the destruction. On my quest to do Dragon Flags, I stepped up ab work with an ab roller full extension on knees. Abs are sore today, and I could cramp up if asked to do 2 crunches. Weight is off. I’m takeing musclemilk at 3:30 and cassein whey after a workout, since late last week. I did the hand held BF calculator and came up with 14.2%. Don’t really know how much to trust the contraption. Till next blog, Bye.

Its leg day and I’m still sore from three days ago. I keep telling myself, I don’t want chicken legs, I don’t want chicken legs, I don’t want chicken legs. Calves must grow, must crawl out of gym when finished. I hope this works. Till next blog, Bye.

Progress is progressing. Managed to lose weight while traveling. I’m currently off my supplements. Tonight at the gym did smith machine overhead press, bench press, and shoulder work in general. Rotator cuff giving me some grief also. Did 20 minutes of uphill cycling. Minimal ab work, but left the gym beat. Was going to work on dumbbell presses but bicep tendenitis was also acting up, and I didn’t want to mess with it. Till next blog, Bye.

Spent nine days in the Wyoming/Colorado winter storm, the only workout I did was coughing both lungs up. Lost around 5 lbs somewhere in the coughing haze. Will get back on track today, I hope. Feeling alot better. PS. I survived Mother Natures blizzard driving test, in the mountains. Till next blog, Bye.
