Shoulder day
Did my deltoid workout, and felt really good about everything. Did my compound lift first and then hit my rear deltiods moving to the fronts last. Shoulder only kinked once, and I worked it out. Did my ab work till I started cramping. Abs are much better, and will be awesome when I drop my quest to 200lbs. Hanging around 192 right now, a cold set me back a week. Everything coming along, still on the slowly getting jacked plan. Till next blog, Bye.
