Direction
My weakest link in my goal has got to be my diet. The perfect diet is just not included in what I’ll do to get my ideal body. However, I’m not doing to badly. I eat 75% right most of the time, and if I don’t I do cardio. My long range goal is still in the crosshairs, and I’m gonna keep plugging away. Right now, I’m still thinking 200lbs is a good weight to shoot for. The wheels are improving much better now that I have my knee back. Pec development is still a priority. My goal is still between a mass monster (60%) and fitness model (40%). I think my frame supports these numbers. Till next blog, Bye.
