Weekend
Got to the gym once, workout was mainly about abs. I’m not suppossed to be worrying about them, but lately I’ve been obsessed with doing a dragon flag correctly. My back isn’t strong enough right now so I’m doing bits and pieces of the flag. My arm and shoulder have been really sore lately, so I’ve backed off on any gains with them. I did deadlifts on Thursday and I need to start doing these in again in my workouts. Hanging leg lifts extended getting better, trying not to swing as much. Cardio has been ok. Ran 2 miles on Sunday.
