Tuesday, October 2nd, 2007This month I’m working on the basics again, Bench, Deadlift, and Squats. Got a new torture, walking dumbbell lunges. Helps not to have a crowded gym. The first time I tried these my legs where shaking. HA HA. I knew I was doing something right, my rear was sore for three days. Have to watch my knee on this, but everything seems good to torture. Back with the running, usually around 20 minutes. Wt around low 180’s still. Till next blog, Bye.
